My goal is not to just help someone lose weight, but to educate my clients on how to sustain a healthy lifestyle for years to come. I don't believe in strict dieting because clients tend to lose motivation when restricted. I like to teach my clients how to be mindful of what they're eating but still enjoy the foods they love, in moderation.
My favorite exercises are deadlifts, squats, hip thrusts, sprints, pull-ups, and bicep curls.
Everything in moderation! I love fruit and always try to find lots of protein in my food.
