As a physical therapist, I am a rehab specialist that brings a highly skilled element to training by delivering programs that take into account injury, pain and movement corrections. I am specific in how exercise is implemented in order to keep people safe and free from pain and injury. I will not sacrifice form just for the sake of “progress”; progressions are made on many different levels not just the level of resistance.
