I have the background as a former division 1 athlete that knows what if feels like to succeed, fail, be sore and see body changes that you like. I believe that I can relate on a different level than others applying for this job. I have also been told on many occasions that my demeaner exudes confidence, not only in myself, but those athlete I believe in.
My go-to workouts for myself is a combination of stair running, strength training and yoga.
I love all vegetables thankfully and enjoy most fruits.
I do not enjoy quinoa or any of the cauliflower rices that are popular these days Liz

Depends on the mood. I like old school hip hop and also sometimes upbeat worship music.
