For me fitness is a lifestyle and based on experience most people put unnecessary pressure on themselves. My job is to make each client, regardless of their level, understand that this is a journey. Coupled with advice based on research and experience I believe I am able to make their journey that much easier. I also am still a willing learning so I think clients will like the fact that I will openly learn from them. So as to help in attaining autonomy.
