I can relate to almost all training clients: I don't like to work out! But the feeling I get after finishing a workout, nothing can beat that! And I know they will feel the same way! Sometimes we just need an extra push, and I want to be that someone who can give a gentle push to get them to do what they know they need to, but lack the accountability or motivation to do on their own.
