I believe a client should train with me over another person or sooo because I possess great knowledge and understanding of fitness and the human body and how it reacts. Before becoming a personal trainer I myself was a client too at one point. My fitness journey started in 2011 when I weighed 460lbs. I have a great story and I’m great at helping people find what motivates them and keep them motivated and goal driven to reach the level of success they wish to achieve.
