Training takes a certain amount of motivation and charisma that cannot be matched by other trainers or free information online. Furthermore, being able to explain certain training methodology tailored to specific clients is also something I would be able to provide that another trainer or online searches will lack.
Squats and total body HIIT workouts with burpee finishers are my go-to workouts.
I love eating fruits such as apples and blueberries. I also enjoy broccoli and asparagus.
