What makes me different from other trainers and the information they get from the internet is that having a degree in exercise science I have all the scientific studies and knowledge that my clients can have instead of relying to "fake" information on social media. I will build a relationship with my clients to prove to them that I am 110% invested in them, so they accomplish there goals. My clients shouldn't feel alone in there journey that is why I will be there for them 24/7 everyday.
My go-to workout would have to be a lower body focus strength training workout.
There are a lot of healthy foods that I love but the one thing that I can eat is salmon any day.
A healthy food that I hate would be asparagus, but I quickly fell in love with it instantly.
