I feel a client should work with me because I know my drive to help them achieve their goals. I genuinely care & make sure to keep up to date with recent studies. If I don’t have the answer for any question they might have, I will make sure to find out so I can help them in any possible way.
My favorite style of working out is a mixture of strength/hypertrophy training.
I have a sweet tooth, so my favorite alternative is my “Reese’s style” oatmeal.
Don’t necessarily hate it, but wouldn’t mind avoiding it at all cost would be quinoa.

First half when lifting heavy, I would choose EDM. Then I’ll move onto RNB or Reggaeton.
I would say the most surprising thing about me is how much I love junk food.
