I enjoy going out of my way to make a client feel comfortable with all of the information they receive from me. I like to make reaching whatever goals you have as easy as possible and I really think it's been successful so far for me as a personal trainer. I know from experience what it's like to be overweight and depressed. Not a lot of other trainers know what that feels like.
I love lifting heavy stuff! My favorite strength training exercises are barbell squats and deadlifts
My go to healthy meals are chicken and rice and protein pancakes. Fruit smoothies as well!
