My Mission

Just Move!! Workout anytime, anywhere!! I have always been athletic and into fitness. I participated in ballet, played tennis, and was a competitive gymnast growing up. I also coached gymnastics for many years with some coaching at the competitive level. I have to remain physical due to my full-time job. I have always been active in some form. My goal is to get people moving....to JUST MOVE!! Anyone can get a great workout with their own body weight or minimal equipment. I encourage others to change their eating habits to improve their overall health. I suffer from thyroid issues, Ménière’s Disease, and migraines. I have had several surgeries to repair my shoulders and knees. Changing my eating habits, cutting back on serving size, and eating fresh and clean, have helped me immensely. I want to pass on my knowledge and experience to others.

As listed, I have several certifications. I was a competitive gymnast and competitive coach. I instruct in a local police academy in various aspects not limited to but including, PT and Health and Nutrition. I am a TN POST certified Group Fitness Instructor/Nutrition Coach, enabling me to teach state-wide. I am also prior military. My experiences in the gym, my eating habits, and my medical history allow me to teach using those experiences and guide someone on a healthy path.

My go-to workout

Bodyweight training, Tabata's, or HIIT workouts on the bike, bands, light dumbbells, or a mix!

Healthy food I love

protein snack, peanut butter, salad with vinaigrette dressing, and strawberries.
