I'm am very enthusiastic , personable, stern, and real. I love to train my clients hard but always making it fun because training is not about being serious all the time but making it a lifestyle and never losing the foundation of physical routines. Also as well keeping clients up to date with New work outs and bi-weekly meal plans to keep them guessing. this is how I was able to keep clients for such a long time
