I cannot evaluate another trainer I do not know. But I will be able to train and advise my clients in a way that allows constant feedback, encouragement, and growth. My goal is to have my clients live their best life no matter the age physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Either heavy and effective weight training or a sweat fest in a group setting. I like them both!
