My mission is to help others realize and achieve their fitness related goals. I began my fitness journey as a junior in high school. My goal was to play college football and in order to do so, I needed to put on a lot of weight and strength. I started at 6'1" 160lbs and 9 months later I entered my senior season at 6'2" 205lbs with 10% body fat. I had transformed myself into a lean, mean, tackling machine! I accomplished my goal and I had nothing but the weight room to thank - that and my dad putting me on a real lifting program. Over the years my dedication to the weight room has never wavered. I have continued my education and built habits that will last for the rest of my life. I want to pass this knowledge and experience on to other willing people and help them achieve the same sense of accomplishment I get every time I finish a workout.
A lot of the stuff you find online is either not-so-great information or incomplete information. Anyone can post an exercise online but they may not know how to perform it correctly, how to progress into it, or how many sets and reps to do. There is a reason behind everything we do in the weight room and I want to share it and teach it to others.
