A cookie cutter program won't give them the care that they need to help drive them toward their goals. As a fitness professional it is my job to investigate what their emotional nugget may be driving the want to fullfill and goal and help lead them towards accomplishing that.
My go-to split is a 3 days split. Day 1- Push & Hinge Day 2- Squat & Pull Day 3- Core & Plyo
