I have experience working with a wide variety of clients and know how to individualize programs for people of all different fitness backgrounds. I have a unique perspective and understanding of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics as a current chiropractic student. I also have an athletic background so I understand how to train for performance.
My favourite way to sweat is through HIIT training. I also really enjoy a good hot yoga class.
Eggs, sweet potato, avocado. A really good salad. Pretty much all fruits and vegetables.
Not a fan of tofu or shellfish or olives.
