Solo using your own learnt methods is great but there’s no accountability from an outside source and that’s huge in this realm. My passion is to help people first and foremost and I love fitness so I’ll always be willing. My favorite workout is an upper body pump day that includes cardio and a long sit in the sauna.
The staple is rice, protein, and broccoli. My go-to snack is pepperoni and cheese cubes. Simplicity!
