It's about sleep, stress, work/life balance, relationships, etc. I lost 40 pounds myself through my trainer helping me to establish a healthy lifestyle (specifically for me) and now I pride myself on doing the same for others!
If a client is a good fit for me, I think I stand out over other trainers because I don't just focus on physical well-being, I focus on mental well-being as well. I believe that health + wellness is all-encompassing. There is a lot of bad information online, so working with a trainer will provide them with a plan that is specific for their experience level, goals, and lifestyle.
