My Mission

My mission is to improve the quality of my clients' lives through helping them develop sustainable lifestyle habits. Health and fitness is so much more than working out and eating healthy. It's about sleep, stress, work/life balance, relationships, etc. I lost 40 pounds myself through my trainer helping me to establish a healthy lifestyle (specifically for me) and now I pride myself on doing the same for others!
