If a client is a good fit for me, I think I stand out over other trainers because I don't just focus on physical well-being, I focus on mental well-being as well. I believe that health + wellness is all-encompassing. There is a lot of bad information online, so working with a trainer will provide them with a plan that is specific for their experience level, goals, and lifestyle.
My go-to workout would probably have to be an upper body pull day!
Oatmeal with some protein powder mixed in, topped with banana, chocolate chips, honey, and cinnamon!
