There is always free information online. That doesn’t mean it’s good information. Unfortunately both information found online and unfortunately a lot of popup trainers use a lot of fillers during workouts. Some of these trainers may also have their clients do exercises in a random, non educated order rather than a more effective and efficient manner. I try to take a more educated and efficient route when possible.
Leg workouts are my guilty pleasure in the workout scene. Self satisfaction after legs is amazing!
