Under my terms, a client who is a "good fit" is someone who is simply ready to work, regardless if they have never stepped foot in a gym or they have years of experience. I believe they should train with me over someone else because I have years of education and experience, I've been bodybuilding and have been coached by numerous people (ultimately knowing what I like/don't like and what works/doesn't work) and I'm not doing this for the paycheck, but rather to see them succeed and be a part of their journey. Free information available online can be of use only if the individual knows how to break the information down and can interpret it correctly. Many people fail themselves by using information from uncredentialed (or credentialed [in some cases]) trainers that make cookie-cutter plans and programs. It's never been a one-size fits all approach and it never will be.
