There's good, fake and unrealistic information out there. However, this information is not always searched correctly and can be misunderstood. Everyone is different so you need a professional that knows how to contrast information and deliver an appropriate fitness program with a personalized training and nutritional plan. I can definitely do that. I've done it and I will continue doing it because mental and physical health are for my point of view, the most important aspects of life.
