I believe each individual is unique, and their training should be too. My desire is for each of my clients to be able to live out their unique life more fully, whether that be at their job, family time, or their hobbies, due to the fitness, health, and functionality they developed during their training. Many trainers and online information are focused solely on aesthetics, and while this is a valid and important goal, I understand the power of movement and training to increase our funtionality to live our daily lives more fully and enjoyably.
