I have nearly a decade of gym experience under my belt, filled with many successes, experiments and also failures - I can provide my clients the direct path to their goals because I have walked the journey first. I also believe I have a wide range of knowledge about training (bodybuilding, powerlifting, stretching & injury recovery, exercise selection, periodization, etc.) & nutrition (macro & micro nutrient calculation, meal timing/frequency, meal composition & recipes) that most trainers haven't grappled with or explored on their own. Lastly, I am dedicated to consistently pursuing new information, so my clients will be aware of new trends & developments in the health & exercise field.
Certainly movement prep, then get into some compound lifts, finish with mobility & skill work.
Anything with eggs (we have chickens), all veggies, love fish, oats, & yogurt goes on most things.
I can't say I hate much. I can even get into the exotic stuff like sardines and fermented stuff.

Underground hip hop/rap - not usually for the lyrics but the bass & energy.
I would 've never landed on this path if not for one friend that asked me to try out for track in HS
