The client should train with me because I will push them past their limits they aren’t able to do on their own. It is important to me that when they leave on their own, they will have acquired all the skills and knowledge to keep continuing to exceed their fitness goals.
My go-to workout would be lower body workout because who doesn’t like a good leg day session!
