When I was a senior in high school I was diagnosed with a kidney disease called IGA Kidney Nephropathy. This discovery changed my life, and ultimately resulted in me adopting a much healthier lifestyle. I transformed my diet and fitness routine to ensure I was creating a healthy internal ecosystem that was fueled by whole foods (most of the time!) and activities that I enjoyed. With a focus on holistic health, progress and not perfection, and maintainable habits, I created a lifestyle that allows me to enjoy foods and workouts that I love. I strive to do the same thing for my clients! I aim to create maintainable programs that don’t leave my clients feeling burnt out, but instead leave them feeling challenged, motivated, and excited for progress! No one person is the same which is why I listen to what you like and dislike and tailor a program to your preferences and specifications. Together, we can achieve results and create lasting lifestyle changes!

I find that sometimes fitness goals and motivation can ebb and flow. Individuals can take an all-in approach and get burned out or sick of training after a few months because they weren't following a maintainable routine. I've been there too! When someone trains with me, I know I can provide them the resources they need to follow a consistent and MAINTAINABLE routine that allows them to achieve their goals without running the risk of feeling burnt out or bored.
