A lot of freely found information online is contradicting and can guide people in the wrong direction or just confuse them. As someone who has worked with and improved many different body types towards many different goals and has paid for professional materials and access to medical studies, I can provide routines and information that are both accurate and tailored for specific people.
My go-to workout is intense weight training, followed by 30 minutes of low/medium intensity cardio.
My favorite healthy foods are anything nutrient dense! Spinach, seaweed, sashimi and shellfish!
Despite liking shellfish, I can't stand oysters!
