I am dedicated to the well-being and overall achievement of each client or athlete. My goal is to provide clients with a program that progresses their physical and psychological abilities to remain resilient to injury and the physical and psychological ability to dominate in competition or life. My concern spans further than simply the sport, as I aim to develop any client / athletes’ confidence and aid in the understanding that life spans beyond their sport. I utilize a variety of proven and scientifically based methods to create a system that provides each client/athlete with the best program possible to meet their individual/sport-specific needs. I highlight movement-based training as well as emphasizing movement quality over quantity. During competition or everyday life, clients / athletes encounter a wide variety of stimuli and must have the ability to adjust and react to constantly changing conditions. My top priority is to ensure that any client or athlete stays healthy.

I have worked with clients of all types. From 6-year-old children to NFL prospects, to general population in the service (military, police, EMT, correction officers). I have collected over 4 years of science backed data to deliver each client I have worked with their end goals in a reasonably fast time. In addition, I have some of the best in the field as my mentors that I accumulated over 600+ hours of interning under.
