I am passionate about helping people build strength and confidence in themselves to take charge of their fitness journey. I believe the key to positive changes begins with small, sustainable steps. I believe that exercise should be enjoyable for the individual. So many of us grow up seeing exercise as punishment, but I believe that changing your mindset around exercise is just as important to progress as exercise itself. I used to be so overwhelmed with all of the information floating around on the internet when I first started my fitness journey. I am here to help you navigate all of that and work with you to create a fitness plan you enjoy.
Deborah's mantra
I have a four year degree and years of experience as a personal trainer and in the Kinesiology field. I also have knowledge from working in clinics and alongside physical therapists that gives me a unique perspective. I take the whole picture into account when creating a training program, including each person's interests, time constraints, and unique physiology.
