I know the fine line between pushing a client too far and motivating them to push through a harder exercise or resistance. Where many trainers fail, is they push too hard and do not focus on the individual they are training. Rather than making sure their form is correct, or they're breathing is under control they want to see the results. I focus on the person first and then the results. If you are not doing it right, then do not bother doing it at all.
