I am super annoying lol! Which makes me the best accountablitly partner! I give out a lot of tough love simply because I know I can get my clients to work harder! I also did prep for a wellness body building competition, and having my virtual coach helped me so much more simply because he held me accountable to get better results. Also from me having been coached, will help me to be a sucessful coach! I also transformed my own body! I am my own body goals and a ton of other womens' as well!
My go-to workout would be a 30min fullbody HIIT! (EMOM) or a 10min waist-slimming ab workout!
I love all types of fruits and veggies! My go-to is probably grilled chicken and jasmine rice! YUM!

I am really strong! I can squat 2x my body weight easily! That somehow always amazes people!
