I am also the head coach of a very successful youth wrestling team that has roughly 75 kids on the team. I use my skills from coaching in my personal training programs. From working with young kids I have learned to pickup on the type of support or drive each person needs as an individual. I have learned the art of patience and how to keep people motivated and on track. I am available to my clients whenever they may need me for advice, questions or some simple motivation.
My favorite workout is any chest workout followed by some light cardio!
