Personal training is all about motivation. Yes, all the exercises etc… can be found online, but the client might not be truly motivated to consistently stay on top of their workouts. Personal training takes the stress out of figuring out workouts for the client while also pushing the client to stay on top of their diet/workouts.
My favorite workout would be a full, hardcore leg day.
Avocado toast is my go-to snack/side. Add a couple of eggs to it and it’s my favorite breakfast.
I hate Brussels sprouts. They will never be seen on my plate.

My workout music depends on my mood that day. Sometimes I’ll listen to hip-hop, other times rock.
I am currently training for a half-marathon!
