The client should train with myself because I am passionate about what I do and I enjoy seeing others succeed. I can relate to many of the fears and doubts a client may have as well as effectively help them achieve their fitness goals. I am experienced in the gym and have related college education as well as my CPT certificate which will help provide my client with more accurate information rather then searching online themselves.
My go-to workout is a squat! It's a great workout and it always has me out of breath by the end.
My favourites include chicken, especially a chicken burger, as well as omelettes for breakfast.
I am not a big fan of mushrooms or raw fish unfortunately!

I enjoy hip hop/rap, especially when i need to be amped up as well as upbeat pop when working out.
I have a fake front tooth that I lost while playing tag during gym class!
