Information is free online but there’s too much information available, It’s overwhelming for most people and they end up with more questions than answers. Anyone can tell you to do some random exercises, but only great trainers are able to understand fitness and nutrition from a “newbie” perspective to not only motivate but make someone truly understand the purpose behind everything they’re doing, and that’s one thing I pride myself in.
