The science behind Fitness is what inspired me to become a personal trainer. I initially started working out in the 8th grade and I wanted to pack on size and muscle but realized that I was doing a lot of things wrong; from exercise form and technique to nutrition and recovery. I decided to dive in to kinesiology and I learned a lot about how the body actually works. Functional anatomy has become a passion of mine over the years and is the core doctrine I rely on for fitness. My mission is to help people all across the world work out in a healthy way that will not increase the likelihood of injuries and simultaneously will educate people on the subject of proper form and exercise.
