I have worked in physical therapy for multiple years so I am experienced with corrective exercises. I am currently enrolled in physical therapy school.
Lower body circuit involving speed, agility, & power followed by a lower body strength circuit.

I worked for multiple years professionally stretching individuals including professional athletes
