There is no cookie cutter approach to fitness. Each person is different and how we move is different. Each workout is customized for that individual client and their specific goals. Proper form, engagement and education is something I stress when working with my clients. It's not what we do, it's how we do it. Anyone can do a lunge, but are we getting the most out of it? I'll take the time to educate on proper form and alignment while making the workouts fun and effective.
