Many personal trainers don't take their education and experience past their certification. Beyond my certification, I have earned a degree in Clinical Exercise Science. Also, the overwhelming amount of fitness/nutrition information online can be too much to sift through for many people. I will act as a filter for both unnecessary and inaccurate information.
