A client should train with me because I am highly motivated and determined for them to hit their goals and keep them motivated throughout their fitness journey. I was a collegiate athlete and know the drive and determination that it takes to hit goals. I will train my clients like the athletes that they are inside, giving up is not an option.
My go to workout is a 2 mile run and a full body lift afterwards! Love to sweat it out!
