My mission as a trainer is to provide a one-on-one experience to clients to give them the tools and knowledge needed to reach their desired fitness goals as safely as possible. Over the years I’ve gained knowledge and skills in training smart and effectively to continue to progress while also learning preventative exercises to reduce risk of injury. I believe fitness is a marathon and to keep individuals accountable and motivated they need the right information which I know I can provide for them!
Strength training will always be my favorite so an intense, Squat, Bench, Deadlift day is my go- to!
Anything breakfast related! Steak, salmon, Chicken & Rice, Beef & rice will always be my staples.
Tofu, or anything with soy, unless it’s soy sauce
