My Mission

There is something very special and rewarding about having the experience of going through the process of prevailing over hardships and difficult moments with someone. Movement is something innate and imperative to have an abundant quality of life. My mission is to help as many people reach their full potential so that they can crush every aspect of their life. From helping professional athletes to helping 98-year-old clients, I am committed to seeing that each of my clients move optimally to face any challenge that life may throw their way. Whether that is helping people move better, feel better, or perform better, it is my goal to provide the highest quality of training that includes truthful, accurate, and relevant information within my expertise and scope of practice as a certified personal trainer. I have fallen in love with the process of becoming better each day and I desire to help people fall in love with movement and build life-giving habits that last a lifetime.

Why Train With Me

I am finishing my first year of physical therapy school where I have learned a great deal about biomechanics and how we can manipulate certain positions to achieve a specific body stimulus and response. Consequently, I have gained vast knowledge on how to instruct exercise, educate in a client-friendly language, and specifically plan in order to reach my client's individual goals.

My go-to workout

My favorite workout includes strength training with some aerobic work i.e. power cleans with rowing!

Healthy food I love

I love a good chicken fajita bowl with quinoa, bell peppers, beans, and pico de gallo!

Healthy food I hate

One food I can absolutely do without is pickles. Sorry to my pickle people!

At the moment it is Reggaeton (Spanish music), but I always fall back to good old Hip-Hop!

I worked in a PT clinic for 3 years and trained all levels from kids to NFL athletes to the elderly.
