One thing I pride myself on is having a relentless drive to help people. I am finishing my first year of physical therapy school where I have learned a great deal about biomechanics and how we can manipulate certain positions to achieve a specific body stimulus and response. Consequently, I have gained vast knowledge on how to instruct exercise, educate in a client-friendly language, and specifically plan in order to reach my client's individual goals.
My favorite workout includes strength training with some aerobic work i.e. power cleans with rowing!
I love a good chicken fajita bowl with quinoa, bell peppers, beans, and pico de gallo!
One food I can absolutely do without is pickles. Sorry to my pickle people!

I worked in a PT clinic for 3 years and trained all levels from kids to NFL athletes to the elderly.
