I have experience with mental health and chronic pain and illness, which gives me good insight into helping clients meet their fitness needs despite the challenges they may face. I understand that every person is different and has completely different needs, and I am happy to use different styles to meet every person's different needs. Lastly, I have a mindfulness approach in regards to health, which focuses on treating the body with kindness and using exercise and nutrition to celebrate the body instead of a punishment approach.
