My approach to fitness starts with the client. Everything I do and/or plan is based on the client ongoing rapport. The client should not just go through a workout, they should be enjoying it, having fun doing the workouts as well as having a huge input into what the sessions will consist of. Results and goals can be accomplished much efficiently when the process is made enjoyable for the client.
