What separates me from many other trainers is, I’m not interested in what the rest of the world is doing. I’m interested in what works best for the client and what he/she needs to be successful and happy. Goals are not pass or fail. They are learning experiments and an opportunity to push the comfort zone.
Any strength training is my go-to but leg and core with sliders, bands, and dumbbells is my favorite
