Discussing a client's intrinsic and extrinsic motivators. Then, the client sets short-term and long-term goals and we address the barriers. Finally, we talk about how they can overcome those barriers to stay on track and be successful with their fitness and nutrition goals.

I love eating fruits and vegetables! I am a huge advocate of a whole foods diet.
