My mission is to teach and coach/train at the same time. I believe self-sufficiency plays a critical roll in achieving fitness goals, especially for safety, mechanical efficiency, and overall health & wellness reasons at times when the trainer isn't around. I also really enjoy helping people understand how the body actually works and why we prescribe certain exercises with specific forms/techniques at varying times in our programming to continue facilitating positive training affects, even when I'm not watching. Brice's mantra
I’ve been training individuals, groups, and teams for the past 20yrs and spent almost 10yrs (from 2010-2019) as a professional Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for Florida State University's football program during their last D1 National Championship in 2013. Due to the amount and variety of research available at that level, and understanding energy system manipulation through bio-feedback & GPS tech, I've probably forgoten more than most trainers will ever learn. This is my wheelhouse!
