I like to have at least a 30min video or phone call with all potential client’s before we do any sort of exercising to help give on the fence client’s and myself an idea on whether I’m the best fit trainer for them. I don’t pressure potential or even existing clients into doing anything they’re uncomfortable with and if they believe they will get more out of their fitness goals elsewhere then I fully support that decision!

My go-to’s when eating clean are White Rice, Steak, Ground turkey, Broccoli, Greek yogurt, PB
Pork(if that counts as healthy) , Salmon, Bell peppers, Onions

Depends on my mood/atmosphere of the gym when I walk in, Hip-Hop mostly with some R&B sprinkled in!
