Training alongside individuals in my experience is much more beneficial and motivation vs trying to follow along videos that are non motivation.
A heavy warmup such as a 5km run followed by a moderate to high intensity upper body workout.
Eggs in the morning, quinoa salad for lunch, chicken breast for dinner. All with varying compliments
