Because I know what it feels like to be at rock bottom. I fought to get myself in much better shape and I'm still working on my own improvement. Training with me will be easy to improve because I've been in those shoes and I know what it's like to be desperate to improve. I was 5'9 and barely 140 lbs, in 6 months I've reached 185 lbs and ever since I've been working on toning out and still gaining muscle mass/weight. Nothing made me happier than improvement.
My favorite go-to workout would be a close-grip bench press.
