I am a good fit for any client who is willing to work. I have past experience working with people of all ages and fitness experience. I also have a lot of experience working with people that are nervous or uncomfortable in a gym and just starting to get into fitness. I am able to ease nervousness by thoroughly explaining workouts and creatively catering workouts to individuals to help the client build confidence and strength each workout.
My favorite workout starts off with a couple strength exercises and finishes with some HIIT/cardio
